Part of a three building campus, the Plaza building  has eleven floors and two stairwells. In this case study  The customer wanted the common areas, (hallways lobbies, and restrooms), upgraded to Led. the customer wanted the stairwells done separately (see below) .  We completed all three buildings on the campus as well as the parking lots.

This  project was  the conversion of the stairwell lighting plant Consisted of changing two T12 Lamps to one Led Lamp per fixture. The LED lamp provided more light at a significant savings, as can be seen in the before and after pictures.

A  manufacturing and Injection Molding facility with 37000 Sq ft shop area. We converted the high bay  400 w Metal Halide lighting to 120 w 5000k LED  Corn cob lamps. This resulted in a bright and safer work space.  Metal halide lamps lose there brightness over time faster then LED lamps.  The exterior wall packs were also converted to LED.

 Crain Communications is a leading news and business information company.  This was a up grade of the Lighting plant in a printed media facility, with  a large shop area where lighting was very important for safety and the quality of the product. Using the 150w LED UFO high bay fixture to replace the 170  outdated 750w Metal halide fixtures was the best solution. The T8 Florescent tubes were replaced with more efficient LED tubes including 4ft,  8ft, and 4ft u-bend lamps.
